Food Donation Box Sharing
The 93rd Coy, with the help of our school’s Learning for Life Programme fund, adopted a Food Bank box
in the school. Our Boys shared about the Box during assembly and the school committed to use the Box to
conduct regular donation drive over six months.
From this BB CARES service learning experience, the 93rd Coy had rediscovered the joy of working
together within the community to benefit others.
“The willingness and the spontaneity of the
students in gathering food donations from Pasir
Panjang Wholesale Centre was commendable.
Being in an unfamiliar environment, they had
stepped up to the task and their efforts were
well appreciated by the elderly folks who had
received the fresh vegetables.â€
