BOTC focuses on equipping Officers so that they are able to relate, manage and lead their Boys effectively. Through this course, Officers would be able to learn more about connecting and building strong relationships with their Boys.

IMPORTANT: There will be no refund of course fees or deferment of course. Applicants should consider carefully your commitment to the course prior to registration. Registration form will only be accepted upon receipt of payment


Applications need to be endorsed by the Company Captain and Chaplain. In addition, participants must complete the OCO prior to registering for BOTC.





Participants will go through an array of modules and a 2 day 1 night adventure weekend.

The course will run over 3 weekends. Sessions are held on Saturdays.

In addition, there would also be a residential adventure programme held over the last weekend.

IMPORTANT: BOTC participants aged below 21 years of age are required to be certified fit to attend the weekend by a medical doctor, in order to account for their safety.



1. Full attendance of all modules, including the Adventure Weekend.

2. Submission of Book Review


*Those who are unable to do so would have to make up for the modules they missed before they can complete the course.




Please note that registration forms will only be accepted upon receipt of payment.


Please note that participants below the age of 21 need to be certified medically fit by a doctor in order to participate in the residential weekend. Parental consent is also required.

A complete registration consists of:

1. Hard copy of Application Form complete Captain and Chaplain's signatures

2. Soft copy of Application Form in excel format

3. Signed Acknowledgement Form

4. Payment of $100
